Haidilao – Flagship Store at Marina Square

An immersive dining experience which showcases the innovation and thoughtfulness of Haidilao’s attention to details and quality

Haidilao prides itself for its exceptional service. Its newest flagship “Smart” restaurant in Marina Square is testament to its dedication to innovation and quality with its personal soup base service that is powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

To familiarise the customers to the new experience, Digimagic created an animation “A Taste of Perfection” which featured its source to table concept. The animation is projected and looped within the restaurant facade like its arch walls, entrance corridor windows and ceiling LED.

Through an interactive glass window, customers were also “brought to the kitchen” to learn and understand what it takes to prepare their meal. This showcases how their soup is personalised automatically through smart technology – to ensure quality food, food safety and excellent service.
